Hello, I’m chris phillips
I am an advertising and graphic design professional with over ten years of experience and a passion for illustration and logo design.
I have had the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a creative team on a variety of projects— including award-winning national and regional accounts such as SUBWAY® restaurants and Shoney’s restaurants—as well as local universities and clients. These experiences have provided me with great knowledge in the way of branding, marketing and design. Through the years, I have developed a keen eye for design details, while producing quality work under tight time constraints.
After working at advertising agencies and design firms for quite some time, I’ve grown to realize that my passion for design and illustration is much greater than just focusing only on the design aspect of the business. In order to expand on my knowledge and experiences in illustration I’ve gotten into my other passion of creating t-shirt design on websites such as threadless.com and designbyhumans. I enjoy the ability to design or illustrate something without the boudaries of a client. On websites such as threadless I also enjoy the feedback or constructive criticism you get from either the general public, art critics, designers and artists themselves from all over the world.
