Weaver's Pond Collateral Piece

Weaver's Pond is a local neighborhood with a mix of luxury homes and average-priced homes. They wanted this piece to convey
the idea of a community that is about family and good neighbors.
I designed the pieces, including: folder, business cards and four fold sitemap.
